Roompot Noordzee Resort Vlissingen

It's an absolutely magical place. If you think about booking a beach house in Vlissingen, do not think twice - book it. You will NOT regret it. We spend 4 days in this paradise and would go back in a heartbeat. The houses are equipped with everything you might need, the beds are comfortable, and it's clean - plus you wake up directly at the beach. We had a hard time finding the front desk, as it is tucked away as part of a camping spot. They have exact check in times lots but the check in process is super easy and hassle free. They even drop off your luggage and belongings directly in front of your house. There are a total of 32 beach houses at the Nollestrand. I would recommend to stay at the ones closer to the end, if you like a little more silence and privacy. The other ones are closer to the part of the beach that is frequented by tourists. There are grocery stores in walking distance (20 minutes), and you can pre-order your bread rolls at the front desk the day prior. The only thing that would make this even better is room service and room cleaning 🤣 Highly recommend!

Good situated within walking distance to the beach and city center. Very nice staff. The beach houses direct on the beach look very nice. Also the dune houses. We stayed in an Urban Villa: Quite noisy place. You hear chairs moving from neighbour villa. If you open the window towards the street the noise level was also too high for us. Mattress far to soft for us. Was like a hammock:-). But of course these are all topics we did not found very appealing. If you don't bother with this then it is a lovely place.

Roompot Noordzee Resort Vlissingen On Friday, July 28, we, grandparents and granddaughters were allowed to enter this Resort from 4 p.m. (Which means you stand in a line.) On the following Friday you must leave the house at 10:00 am. That would be 6 days and 7 nights. The site of this 'Resort' is an old, dilapidated campsite with toilet cubicles and cleaning areas that you encounter on the way to your 'Lodge' with an adjacent tennis court. The first impression is: Cheap and Poor. The 'lodges' are crammed together and attached to the tennis court. They have minimal living space and a small seating area outside. Another low point for me was the welcome set in the bathroom, apparently from Action, again cheap and shabby. (Then don't give anything away.) What surprised me most of all is that there is NOTHING for children, no proper playground, no activities, nothing at all. (Not even cutlery.) Why I say this so explicitly: We paid 2600 euros for this! And that's not worth it in any way. These houses in this location should not cost 371 euros per night. WATCH THE BROADCAST OF ARJEN LUBACH ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 18!!! DESTRUCTIVE ABOUT ROOMPOT!! This is cheating families or making them pay way too much. (I very naively assumed that Roompot was the quality of the former Qurios Resorts. Roompot has taken this over.) As Roompot management, I would be extremely ashamed of this cheap, shabby place and ditto 'lodges' for this exorbitant price.
